Since Hydra is build on Postgres, you can use any tool which has Postgres support with Hydra.

Hydra supports all Postgres-native tools. Some recommendations are below. psql, which is automatically included with most PostgreSQL installations, is the PostgreSQL CLI and is the best place to start.
